課程概述 |
本學期課程將以Carl Schmitt的法理論為主要內容。更詳盡的內容將會補上。 |
|
課程目標 |
1.透過文獻研讀，讓同學瞭解掌握Carl Schmitt法理論的基本概念、語彙與方法。2.同時進行對法理學相關議題的思考討論。 |
|
課程要求 |
修課條件：應具英文閱讀基礎；懂德文更佳。
成績考核：
1.學期中要提出口頭報告至少一次。
2.每週提出進度摘要書面報告。
3.期末考。
4.不得缺席超過一次。
